| A technology which since many years has been used in the aeronautic sector worldwide, only since a few years it has been used also in the AUTOMOTIVE sector. Muraro SPA who had already specialized in the construction of machines, to be used in the aeronautic sector and which were fit for Stretch Forming of big formats and special profiles of medium and big dimensions as well, has elaborated this technology by making it very versatile and competitive for the forming of the most different profiles, even the tubular ones, by the Stretch Forming technique. It is possible to realize such profiles by the minimum cost of the machines equipping and to obtain the maximum precision of the pieces formed as well as an extreme easiness of the manual and/or robot charge and discharge operation. Every single product/profile can be codified by a proper code which can be recalled at any time so that one can get the Machine be working again, without any further adjustment. | ||

| Hydroforming for the future | ||
|
The latest novelties from Muraro consist of the definition of a very new technology of Hydroforming by a particular tecnique able to reduce drastically the cost of dies especially in the sector of CAR BODIES, WANS and TRUCKS. Die cost reduce by 50/60% as compared to the traditional systems and as a consequence also the cost of the drawed pieces reduces. The presses of elevated pressing force, i.e. from 10.000 Ton onwards designed for the elastoforming and hydroforming thanks to a new technology for the realization of the principal structure using single-piece, large, laminated, steel rings. The above granted a huge saving equal to about 60% as compared to the traditional values.
